Pursuant to the provisions of the Open Door Law and Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-5, the Goshen City Parks Department will hold a public meeting on October 10, 2017 at 5:30 p.m. at the Rieth Interpretive Center, 410 West Plymouth Avenue, Goshen, 46526.

You are hereby notified that pursuant to Goshen City Code Title 6, Article 9, Chapter 1, a Rank Vegetation and Noxious Weeds Variance request has been received by the City of Goshen Parks and Recreation Department. Therefore, a preliminary meeting is scheduled on the petition for a variance to permit the growing of what is considered rank vegetation under Goshen City Code Title 6, Article 9, Chapter 1.
