The City of Goshen is currently designing the reconstruction of Tenth Street from Jackson Street thru the intersection of Reynolds Street. This project will include full right-of-way reconstruction from Plymouth Avenue to Reynolds Street, including curb and gutter, storm sewer, dedicated on-street parking, and sidewalk. The water main will be replaced from Jackson to Plymouth, and new replacement water service lines will be offered up to the home.
