LANE RESTRICTIONS ON KERCHER ROAD

Kercher Road (CR 38) will have a moving lane restriction between the Norfolk Southern Marion railroad line and the Kercher bridge over the Elkhart River. The lane restriction is required for the placement of topsoil behind the new curb. The lane restriction begins today Monday, March 19 and will continue through Friday, March 30, 2018.
