Lincoln Avenue, which has been closed between Main and 8th Street for milling and paving, is expected to reopen today around 5 p.m.

Mark your calendars! Goshen’s 2019 trick-or-treat hours will be 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31. These are the same hours as the last three years.

ROAD CONSTRUCTION: 9TH STREET
