2016 TRICK-OR-TREAT HOURS

The City of Goshen’s trick-or-treating hours for 2016 will be from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 31. At the request of residents, this year families will have an additional 30 minutes to enjoy trick-or-treating in the city.
