JCI Bridge Group will be pouring concrete for the bridge deck on the South Link Road/Waterford Mills Parkway project starting at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13. JCI Bridge Group and Phend & Brown have been working hard to put this project approximately 10 months ahead of schedule.

Walsh & Kelly, Inc. plan to open Plymouth Avenue/SR 119 to traffic around 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13. The remainder of the construction will be done while the roadway is open to traffic.
