LINCOLN AVENUE LANE RESTRICTIONS

Rieth Riley Construction will be adjusting four castings on Lincoln Avenue from the intersection of Indiana Avenue to the Elkhart River Bridge on Wednesday, August 1, and pulling all equipment Thursday, August 2. The casting adjustment will cause lane restrictions. The contractor will provide a flagger to ease traffic flow.

INDIANA AVENUE BRIDGE CLOSURE

Elkhart County will perform maintenance work on the bridge carrying Indiana Avenue over the Elkhart River from Wednesday, August 1 to Friday, August 3. The maintenance work consists of re-welding the steel deck grate to the truss structure.

This updated map shows the various roads through which visitors can access the Elkhart County 4-H Fair this year. Note that the new US 33 bridge is now open to traffic. Madison Street will remain closed during fair week to all traffic with the exception of the parade.
