Be sure you’re bicycle tires are inflated and your helmet free of winter dust! Thursday, May 18 is MAYOR JEREMY STUTSMAN’S ANNUAL BIKE RIDE.

Join us for a moderate 4.5 mile ride, leaving from the back of City Hall, 202 S. Fifth St., at 5:15 p.m. The ride was originally the brainchild of the Maple City Bicycle Advisory Committee to celebrate Bike-to-Work Week, which, this year, is May 15–19. The purpose of Bike-to-Work Week is to encourage people to leave their cars at home and try cycling instead.

The Ride is free, and no advanced registration is necessary.
