Downtown Economic Improvement District
A board appointed by the City Council establishes an economic improvement fund, with money to be used for the purposes specified in the ordinance establishing the economic improvement district.
The 2023 regular meetings of the Goshen Downtown Economic Improvement District will take place on the first Thursday of each month at 7:30 a.m. in the City Hall Conference Room at 202 S 5th St. Goshen, Indiana.
