The project will begin on the east side of Rock Run Creek and continue to approximately 100 feet east of 5th Street. The construction of the project is expected to cost approximately $5,500,000.
Approximately 1.4 acres of permanent right-of-way and 0.53 acres of temporary right-of-way are anticipated for construction. Four residences would be relocated as a result of the project.
During construction, Wilden Avenue will be closed to through traffic and detoured around the project limits. Access will be maintained at a minimum of one street crossing between Rock Run Creek and Main Street at all times. Access to all properties will be maintained during construction.
